A Housing Needs Survey was completed in Riccall Parish in Summer 2015; the results of the survey have identified a need for circa 10 no. affordable homes. The Rural Housing Enabler for Selby District, Emma Whittles, is currently reviewing potential land opportunities that may exist within the Parish of Riccall to support the identified housing need for 10 no. homes. If you are aware of any land or know of any suitable land owners that would like to discuss this opportunity further then do not hesitate to contact Emma at or 07976 071913.
