At last night's Parish Council meeting, members decided to hold a public meeting for the community to discuss concerns over the proposals. The developers and relevant authorities will be invited to the meeting and it is hoped that they will attend although they are under no obligation to do so. The date and venue are to be arranged so please WATCH THIS SPACE for further news. Posters will also be displayed on the notice boards.
It is essential that residents also send in their own comments and concerns to Selby DC Planning Officer r.hardingham@selby.gov.uk to convey the number of residents affected by this proposal-the planning reference number is 2016/0318/OUT and we ask that you please copy the PC in for our information to clerk@riccallparishcouncil.org.ukC
Thank you to those residents who have already submitted comments.

The Parish Council received application 2016/0381/OUT on 11th April. We are trying to arrange an extension of time for our response to Selby DC so that we have a timescale to work to. This will be discussed at our meeting on Monday 18th April to decide a way forward and until then there is little information for us to pass on. We will keep residents informed of any developments on this website and on the notice boards. If you would like to access the application on-line please visit
