21 November 2022 Today, Commissioner Zoë will be launching her online Community Remedy Options Survey which is an opportunity to consult on North Yorkshire’s Community Remedy document that contains a list of appropriate actions that can be carried out by a person who has engaged in anti-social behaviour or committed an offence, admits to their involvement and is to be dealt with for that behaviour or offence without court proceedings. These options aim to be victim-focused, providing appropriate outcomes for offenders to take account of their actions and repair the harm caused.
